Description
Clone of Advanced Limiter with configurable headroom and optional support for limiting by True Peaks.
On foobar2000 v2.26+ the True Peak option will use the True Peak scanning settings configured for the ReplayGain scanner.
On older player where reading the settings isn't supported the component will try to find the fastest installed resampler and upsamples to 192 kHz.
