Component for foobar2000 v1.5 and newer.

A simple Dynamic Range meter based on DR estimation formula published by https://dr.loudness-war.info/.

0.7 (2024-06-04):	Added ability to configure automatic tagging and automatic log writing separate of the result dialog. Added log write button to the result dialog. Added ability to customize log name with titleformatting. Added ability to scale the result dialog text larger.
0.6 (2024-05-30):	Fixed crash in log writer with albums consisting of multiple codecs.
0.5 (2024-05-29):	Changed component to use dBFS unit in logs where appropriate. Fixed log writer crashing with partially corrupted files that passed initial validity checks.
0.4 (2024-05-18):	Improvements to the written log. Reported bitrate is now weighted average. Format information was based on first track of the album, now all used specs are listed if album isn't uniform. Removed advanced unicode symbol use from the result dialog output as they are not needed when the columns are right aligned.

0.2 (2024-05-12):	Added per-channel DR, RMS and peak statistics displays to give as much information as the old official DR component. Fixed DR calculation with some short test signals - highest peak chunk should be used when the second highest gives nonsense. Improved result dialog look in dark mode and made the window size and position remembered.
